You've got it exactly right. The extension is a companion for on-page spot checks while you browse — quick signals on the page you're looking at — and it links back into the full dashboard for anything heavy like a full audit, domain overview, or the AI Visibility suite. Deep work lives in the web app; the extension keeps you from context-switching for the small stuff.

I use the extension mostly while auditing competitors as I read their blog posts, then send the interesting domains into /tools/domain-overview back in the app. Nice little loop.
