You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You may use SEO Roger only in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the domains, URLs and projects you add, and you represent that you own them or are otherwise authorized to audit, crawl and analyze them. You will not use the Service to process data you have no right to process.

You agree not to:

• crawl, audit or analyze domains you do not own or lack permission to test;
• disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• reverse engineer, resell, or create derivative services from the Service except as permitted by law;
• use the Service to send spam, infringe intellectual property, or violate any third party’s rights.

The Service offers free and paid plans, plus usage credits that are consumed by features relying on third-party data or AI providers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. Except where required by law, fees and purchased credits are non-refundable and unused credits do not carry a cash value. We may change pricing, plan features, or credit costs with reasonable prior notice; changes do not affect the current paid billing period.

Some features rely on third-party data providers and AI models. SEO metrics, rankings, backlinks, AI-visibility results and recommendations are estimates and guidance, not guarantees of accuracy or of any ranking, traffic, or business outcome. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them.

The Service, including its software, design and content, is owned by Roger Tech LLC and its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit, and grant us the rights needed to operate and improve the Service and provide it to you.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roger Tech LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or small-claims resolution will be the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
