How to buy credit top-ups
When you need more credits before your monthly allowance renews, top-up packs give you an instant boost without changing your plan.

How to buy a top-up
- Open your account menu and go to Billing.
- Find the Credit top-ups (or Buy credits) section.
- Choose the pack you want: 100, 500, or 2000 credits.
When to top up vs upgrade
- Top up for occasional spikes, one-off projects, or a busy month.
- Upgrade your plan if you exceed your monthly allowance most months, since higher plans are more cost-effective at scale.
Checking your balance
Your current credit balance is always visible in the app. Check it before running expensive tools like the AI Citation Tracker (3 credits) so you know you have enough.
What top-up credits can be used on
Top-up credits work exactly like your monthly credits. Spend them on any metered tool, such as Domain Overview, Backlink Analysis, AI Visibility, AI content, or the AI Citation Tracker. Free tools still cost 0 credits.
Payment and receipts
Top-ups are processed through SEO Roger's secure payment provider. You'll find a record of each purchase alongside your subscription invoices in the Billing area.
Troubleshooting
- Credits not showing? Refresh the page; balances usually update immediately after purchase.
- Payment failed? Update your payment method in Billing and try again.
- Bought the wrong pack? Contact support through the help center for assistance.
