How to upgrade or downgrade your plan

You can change your SEO Roger plan whenever your needs change. This guide covers upgrading and downgrading.

Before you change plans

Review your recent credit usage so you pick the right tier. Your plan options are:

• Free — 50 credits/month
• Starter ($9) — 150 credits/month
• Pro ($29) — 600 credits/month
• Agency ($79) — 2500 credits/month

How to upgrade

1. Open your account menu and go to Billing.
2. Click Change plan (or Upgrade).
3. Select the plan you want.

Upgrading is the best choice when you regularly run out of credits, since higher plans offer more credits per dollar.

How to downgrade

1. Go to Billing from your account menu.
2. Click Change plan.
3. Choose a lower plan.
4. Confirm the change.

Downgrades typically take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you keep the plan you've paid for through the current period.

Upgrade vs top-up

If you only need extra credits occasionally, a top-up pack (100/$5, 500/$20, 2000/$70) may be cheaper than moving up a plan. If you exceed your allowance most months, upgrading is usually the better value.

Payment and billing

SEO Roger handles subscriptions through a secure payment provider. You can update your payment method and view invoices from the Billing area.

Troubleshooting

• Change didn't apply? Refresh the Billing page and confirm the new plan is shown.
• Payment declined? Update your payment method and try again.
• Need to cancel? Manage your subscription from Billing; canceling stops future renewals.
