How to use the Full Site Audit
What it does
The Full Site Audit crawls your website page by page and checks it against dozens of technical, on-page, and AI-search rules. It surfaces crawlability problems, broken links, missing meta data, thin content, schema gaps, security issues, and more, then groups everything into a single scored report so you know what to fix first.
How to use it
- Open Full Site Audit from the sidebar under AI Visibility / Analysis.
- Enter your domain in the Website URL field (for example
https://example.com). - Choose a crawl scope if prompted, then click Run Audit.
- Wait while pages are fetched. Large sites take longer, and heavy pages can slow the crawler, so give it a few minutes.
- When the report loads, use the module tabs to jump between sections.
Reading the results
The top of the report shows an overall health score and issue counts grouped by severity. Each module (such as Crawlability, On-Page, Security, and Schema) lists the affected URLs and a plain-language explanation of the problem plus the recommended fix. Start with errors (red), then , then . You can save each run to to compare scores over time and confirm that fixes moved the needle.
Credits
The Full Site Audit is free and costs 0 credits. Run it as often as you like. For very large sites, run it during off-peak hours so the crawl completes faster.
