What it does

Keyword Research helps you find the terms worth targeting. Enter a seed keyword or topic and SEO Roger generates related keyword ideas, then optionally enriches them with real monthly search volume, competition, and difficulty data from DataForSEO. Claude AI groups ideas by intent so you can tell informational queries from commercial ones.

How to use it

1. Open Tools > Keyword Research.
2. Enter a Seed keyword or topic.
3. Choose your Location and Language.
4. Click Get ideas to generate the keyword list.
5. To add metrics, select the keywords you want and click Get volume.
6. Sort and filter the table to build your target list.

Reading the results

The ideas list shows candidate keywords grouped by theme and intent. Once you pull volume, each keyword gains a Search volume (average monthly searches), a Competition indicator, and a Difficulty score. Look for terms with meaningful volume but lower difficulty, since those are the most winnable.

Match intent to your page type: informational keywords suit guides and blog posts, while commercial and transactional keywords suit product and service pages. Export or copy your shortlist into a content plan.
