WordPress Remediation
What it does
WordPress Remediation connects SEO Roger directly to your WordPress site so you can scan for SEO problems and fix them without leaving the app. It finds issues like missing titles and meta descriptions, broken links, missing redirects, schema gaps, and accidental noindex tags, then lets you apply fixes with one click. Every change can be undone, and Claude AI can draft optimized titles and descriptions for you.
How to use it
- Open Tools > WordPress Remediation.
- Click Connect site and follow the prompts to link your WordPress site, installing the companion plugin so SEO Roger can write meta fields.
- Once connected, click Scan site to detect issues.
- Review the issue list and select the fixes you want.
- Click Apply on individual items or use Bulk apply for many at once.
- Use Undo on any change if you need to roll it back.
Reading the results
The scan groups findings by type: Missing meta, Redirects, Schema, Noindex warnings, and more. Each item shows the affected page and the recommended fix. The noindex warning is especially important, since an accidental noindex can hide a page from Google entirely.
For content fields, use AI draft to generate an optimized title or meta description, review it, and apply. You can also set up scheduled monitoring so SEO Roger re-scans and alerts you to new issues.
Credits
Connecting your site and applying fixes is free. Metered analysis tools you run elsewhere still spend their usual credits, but remediation itself does not.
