How to connect Google Search Console
Connecting Google Search Console lets SEO Roger use your real search performance data, including impressions, clicks, and queries, alongside its other tools.
Before you start
- You need a Google account that already has access to the Search Console property for your site.
- Your site should be verified in Search Console.
Connect the integration
- Open your Settings and go to Integrations.
- Find and click .
SEO Roger requests read-only access so it can pull your data without changing anything in your Search Console account.
Select your property
If your Google account has access to multiple properties, choose the one you want SEO Roger to use. You can switch properties later from the same Integrations screen.
What you get
Once connected, Search Console data enriches your reports with:
- Real query, click, and impression data.
- Better context for rankings and content opportunities.
- More accurate insights across supported tools.
Troubleshooting
- Property not showing? Confirm your Google account has at least read access in Search Console, then reconnect.
- "Reconnect Google" message later? OAuth tokens can expire or be revoked. Just click Connect again to refresh access.
- Wrong account connected? Disconnect and reconnect using the correct Google account.
Privacy
SEO Roger only reads the data needed to power your reports. You can disconnect at any time from the Integrations screen, which revokes SEO Roger's access to your Search Console data.
